- Confirm the correct make, model and IMEI.
- Add clear fault details where relevant.
- Ensure all iCloud, Google and device locks are removed.
- Include tracking information if the item has already been shipped.
- Please ensure there is no physical or liquid damage on the device. Physical or liquid damage will void the warranty. Any device found to have physical or liquid damage will be returned to the customer.
